Section 1

You may use your file for printing on fabric or other physical items for selling commercially or personal use. This includes sublimation products i.e. tumblers, notebooks, memo pads tshirts etc.

You are not permitted to sell the digital file or upload on to print on demand sites (REDBUBBLE, ZAZZLE, MERCH BY AMAZON, PRINTIFUL, ARTSADD etc).

You must not modify the design in ANY way.

You may not share or sell the files.

You may not make or sell digital products with my files (this includes creating seamless files or t-shirt designs where the artwork you have created is not my original artwork).

You may not use sublimation files/PNG files to create other digital files i.e. seamless patterns.

You may not alter the files in ANY way (this includes re-colouring, adding text, using filters etc. Basically if you are putting the file into an editing program like photoshop or procreate, you should not be making any changes to the file.

I will allow panels to be created (see Section 2) but you must only use a plain colour background or a co-ord/seamless pattern created by Milkteef (not purchased from another artist).

You may create advertising material for your products using my files, such as posters/infographics/social media posts etc.

You may not use my designs to create art prints.

You can use my files to create stickers.

If you choose to post files or mock-ups online, please make sure it is watermarked so the artwork can not be stolen.

All designs are still owned by Milkteef and elements may be reused in other designs but will always look different.

Please purchase an annual fabric license if applicable. Please see the listing in my shop for more information.

No refunds given for digital files, no exceptions. Please contact me with any issues and I will correct them.

Once you purchase a design you will receive email confirmation of sale and a link to download your files. Please make sure you check you are happy with the file. In rare case of human error, designs can be corrected but will need to contact me up to 4 weeks after purchase, after that I upload designs to my drive where they can no longer be modified.

Please contact me if you would like me to customise a design (colour/background change etc), however these changed will be charge at an additional cost.

Section 2

While I do not allow altering the files or editing, I will allow the creation of panels - as long as t&cs are adhered to.

When creating a panel you must use only ONE sub per panel. You must not repeat the sublimation design as it could resemble a self-created seamless design.

You must only use backgrounds to panels that are created by myself or are a plain colour. You may not add another artists artwork behind the subs to create the panel. 

Please respect that any breach of these terms may result in the change of the t&cs and make them subject to change in future. 

The creation of panels is the ONLY acception I allow when it comes to creating new files. Any other form of editing, altering or creation of new digital design/product will result in retraction of your rights to use my artwork.

All seamless designs is 10x10 inches in size and 300DPI - sublimation designs are also drawn in the same size canvas for the best quality and resolution.
